No surprises in Indian team for Champions Trophy

Rohit Sharma and Mohammed Shami come back to the squad after wounds.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) determination advisory group on Monday reported the Indian group for the Champions Trophy to be held in England from June 1.

On Sunday, at an uncommon general meeting (SGM) held in New Delhi, the BCCI said India would take an interest in tahe Champions Trophy.

Rohit, subsequent to recouping from a thigh damage he maintained amid the Test arrangement against England a year ago, has supplanted opener K L Rahul, who experiences a shoulder harm.

Manish Pandey has been drafted in as an additional batsman in the 15-part squad, to be driven by Virat Kohli.

India will play their Champions Trophy lung-opener against most despised adversary Pakistan on June 4.
