Wash your body thoroughly each day, with the help of soaps and gels.This will help in getting rid of the bacteria and oil present in your armpits. You can also use scrubs of good quality for proper cleaning.
Application of deodorants and powder on your armpits after bathing will prevent excessive perspiration of your armpits.
A simple home remedy to remove bacteria from the arm pit can be: Dip a small piece of paper towel in apple cider vinegar solution and wipe your armpit with it. This application will remove the entire bacterial growth from your armpit.
Bring some changes in your eating habits. For instance, avoid eating those food items which stink like onion, garlic, alcohol. Instead foods like lettuce, cabbage, noddles, pasta etc helps in getting rid of the bad smell.
Avoid wearing dirty clothes, avoid repeating your clothes. This prevent the bacterial growth. Wearing fresh clothes each day will prevent the bacteria from multiplying at a faster rate in your armpits.
